Due to circumstances out of their control when the trailer park was sold by mark and Leanne the company who bought it wasn’t able to secure the permits necessary to get it back up and going cause of mark and leannes scandalous bull crap of not obeying the city’s rules and knowing this they sold it knowing the company wouldn’t be able to keep it up so blame mark and Leanne for it shutting down
