Reserved upgraded site with patio and fire pit back in April and at arrival was put into a site that did not have these accommodations and had trouble getting into the site they had left. But to their credit, they did apologize for the inconvenience and did reimburse us for the price difference and was a nice staff. Sites are tight but facilities are well kept.

Wounderfull place to stay, staff is very accommodating. Temperature always cooler than Bryce, Zion & Cedar Breaks parks, all within driving distance. Very clean bathrooms. We would definitely go back.

Not a KOA
It's Dixie Forest RV Resort. Very nice staff. Quiet campground. Laundry and pool available. We made lots of day trips. Close to Bryce, Cedar Breaks, Kanab. Would definitely stay here again. Good burgers across the street at the Big Fish restaurant.

What a pleasant experience we had. Great location, easy in and out, great hook-ups, very well stocked convenience store on site, and walking distance to center of Panguitch. Very quiet in the evenings, we slept very well. Definitely on our revisit list!

Decent Would Stay Again
Decent KOA. Sites were small and very tight. There was a foot between our pop out and our neighbors. Nice shade trees and flat gravel site. Fair WiFi. No streaming. No cable but good over the air TV. Would stay again. Nice an quiet.
