Do Not Stay Here
Here is a list of reasons to avoid this park: 1) The Park is built on a slope, which is not an issue, but they located the septic hookups at a higher elevation than my 5th wheel septic connection. I noticed several other RVs with the same issue. Lots of fun when you unhook cause “stuff” does not run uphill. 2) Had to move 2 times. 1st site my surge protector indicated an open ground (not good) and the 2nd site had no power. 3rd site worked but power did go off 1 morning for 10 minutes. 3) Sites are oriented North/South - with no trees to speak of except for full time residents sites - so you get full Westerly sun. You can’t enjoy the site until the sun sets and really hot in warmer months 4) Road noise was noisier than most RV parks 5) Noted dogs off lease. 6) Grounds keeper was rude to not only me but also my wife

Cute Little Place To Meet Our Needs
I try to be realistic on my reviews from a laid-back perspective. We are not high luxury RVers but just normal folks; however, we do camp/glamp in a 2018 fifth wheel. This cute little RV park met our needs perfectly. It's not a destination park but rather a home base since we were out daily to the major Nat'l Parks nearby, i.e. Bryce, Zion. The office staff was wonderful & office open til 9 p.m. We don't use the shower/restroom facilities since we have our own so I actually didn't go look at these. They have a clean little laundry room that was open all night & affordable. We had good WiFi from our spot & streamed Netflix with Roku. We got their cable as well. This park is in the desert just outside Bryce Canyon Park so the landscape is natural desert, not grassy or manicured. Each spot has a picnic table on a concrete patio, a rock fire pit, and simple BBQ. Some spots have trees. We had 50 amp. We heard NO traffic at night. Nice gift shop. Lots of folks here with toy haulers.

Not impressed at all. Bathrooms are in need of serious renovation, they were gross, dark and dingy. Cable worked great, but WiFi did not. Loud road noise. Would not stay here again. Sites are very close together. There were some old dilapidated portable buildings on site which were a real eyesore.

Base Camp
This camp ground is a perfect Base Camp. Nice and roomy sites, reasonable rates, friendly and helpful staff, clean bathhouse. Only one washer & dryer, but they were new and worked great. On site was a little convenience store with lots of souvenirs and they have a gas station with deisel. We went to Zion one day, drove through Brian Head, Red Canyon, took a drive down scenic Hwy 12 and went to Bryce Canyon. Would definitely stay here again for sure.

Red Canyon RV Psrk
Spent two nights. This sight was close enough to Bryce Canyon entrance to keep us out of the clutter, and allowed us a very scenic ride to and from the park. Our site had the advantage of plenty of shade. Our MinnieWinnie towing a trailer with our motorcycle fit perfectly. The hostess was very informative and laid back, loved our visit, and we WILL return.

Standard for Area
Stayed for two nights in a 40 ft Class A in June. Nothing special as RV parks go. Hostess was cordial and laid back. Told us up front that the tv cable might or might not work. She never knew. It didn't. First site had bad 50 amp break and had to move to the last 50 amp spot. Not level and tried 3 times . No luck! Only nice thing was the price.... $32. No laundry and bath/showers were basic and fairly clean. Don't expect more in this high tourist area of Bryce and Zion.
