Won’t Come Here Again
Site is not level and owners / staff have a massive attitude problem. Not helpful and a list or rules as long as my arm.
Location is good but so are all the other RV parks in Moab. Lots of road noise all night long.

Great!
The ladies here are great, while I ended up in the hospital for 5 days with nowhere to stay they helped my wife out. Not only did they make an extended stay possible they offered to help my wife move to the new spot. The restrooms and showers are very clean and private. The pool and hot tub are a definite plus.

Price Gouged...
Stopped in to see if they had any available spots for a few nights in June. Girl came out and said I could have a spot by the entrance for $78 a night. A few people standing near us said, “Whoa, we didn’t pay nearly that much.” The girl said that they probably booked early, and I asked how booking early saves you $30 some a night?! Most reviews were saying the price was around $40-$45 and as a walk-in she was going to charge $78. Needless to say we left. There are TONS of rv parks in this area- keep looking and pass this one by!

Big Foot
Great stay. All of the good reviews are true. Plus some. Also give us a military discount. Stayed seven nights, good experience from check-in to check out.

Poor Customer Service
We had to cancel due to breakdown 4 day before our stop. They explained their policy of less than 8 days we keep your deposit
I asked the lady to pass on to the owners this was a poor policy. Why call days in advance if there going to keep your money
Lots of choices in Moab so drive on past this one

Shady Desert Oasis
We have been very happy with our stay here. From what I understand this is one of the cheaper parks to stay in near Moab. Nice pool (though we were too busy hiking all the nearby NPs), 24 hour laundry, and some of the nicest camp bathrooms I've ever seen. You practically get a full house bathroom to yourself with a sink, toilet, and shower. Since we camped here in the middle of July, I was very glad to get a spot with a nice big shade tree to help keep us cool. Some folks might dislike the road noise but we barely noticed it and we were only 2 rows away from the road.

Marvelous. Clean. Pretty. Quiet. Modern bathroom & shower. Very helpful for late check in. Definitely recommend for either 1 nite or longer

Excellent Park & Staff
Loved staying here and would have prefered to stay here our entire visit to Moab but they were booked. The park was clean. Each site has grass and a nice picnic table. The pool and spa was clean, looked new. Felt a little like a Resort when you're in the pool area, nice chairs. The staff helped us with brochures and deciding what to see in the area. Very much appreciated that!

Overall not a bad place
We liked the park and all the amenities, except we did not need to have all the rules explained to us. It was a bit too patronizing, because we could actually read ourselves.

Nice park new pool and spa area. Laundry also new and very clean. Grass area in every site. Trees provide shade in many sites. The view of the Moab uplift is beautiful.

Good Location
Very nice folks. Park is clean and well kept. Loni did a great job of getting accommodations for us at the last minute. Park is at the south end of town and is not very noisy. Close to many attractions. We stayed for 5 nights and would come back again. Wi-Fi really needs to be upgraded.

NICE FRIENDLY PARK
Stayed here for six days. Management and employees were accommodating and friendly. Cable TV was very complete. Overall a nice stay.
On the negative side, wifi was only good for checking email. Found it impossible to use for checking banking etc. Dust was a real problem. The main cause being RV escorts speeding as they led RVS to there sites. If the escorts would slow to the posted 5mph while leading RVS the dust problem would be minimal.

Road Noise !!
Arrived late with family and after having asked for a quiet spot, found ourselves yards from 191 Highway - 0 points for attention.
Conclusion, Horrible night for everyone and can't wait to go somewhere else.
Hope this doesn't happen to you too.
On the up side, laundry was very practical.

Nice Older Park With Newer Addition
Older park well maintained, with a newer addition for more spaces. Offers free cable and wifi. Wifi is not bad at times but may kick you off at unexpected moments. Sometimes you can not connect to the wifi and sometimes you would be faster with dialup.
Dog walk and small dog run though no shade or seating in dog run. Close to highway so lots of noise. All in all not a bad place to stay.

Nice, Quiet, Relaxing And Clean Laundry!
Choose this place because it was out of town, and uncrowded. I loved it. Had great showers, super clean, laundry facility open 24 hours. Yeah clean laundry after Outdoor Retailer! That alone was priceless. Owners were super sweet! They let us move our van so we weren't stuck between two giant rv's. No extra charges were incurred. $44 for the night. Wifi worked well. We could get caught up on work.

Convenient To Town
Could not get satellite reception in my assignment site. They wanted $4.00 more @ night to move to another site. Park was half empty, with plenty of available sites. Not a pleasant stay.
