Convenient
The park is older and many sites are short in length and narrow in width for our 35 ft 5th wheel with slides on both sides. They did accommodate us and we were able to move to a slightly roomier site after one night. Nice facilities. Good location. Cable and wifi were good. Pool and hot tub available.

Updates Being Made To Park
The spaces are tight but we had a shade tree that keep things cool. They are working on the park right now so no wi-fi or cable. They’ve paved the road that goes through the park so not much dust. The hi-way in front of the Rv park is also being worked on but it was still easy to get onto. The Rv park is close to the arches national park and canyon land national park.

This place just plain sucks. We mad e a reservation months in advance for a full hookup site. When we arrived it was not available. We were put on a sight without sewer or cable or WiFi. Our TT barely fit on the dirt site. When we opened our awning it almost hit the unit next to us. Very crowded. No shade. Dirt site. Go somewhere else.

I wish i could give this place less then 1 star. We drove 22 hours to get here and there was a trailer in our spot that we paid $20 dollars a night to "keep locked" when we pre booked it 2 months ago. Absolutely no shade in the back row. And multiple other spots. No wifi.....like they say their is. The "dog park" is a spot about 25ftx25ft that isnt fenced. No vehicle parking. The lots are SO SMALL WE CANT EVEN OPEN OUR AWNING! Screwed up driveway that you can hardly get a fifth wheel into without pichung your box. The worst for the money spent that we've ever stayed in. Propane only, no camp fires, not that theirs any room for a fire pit qnyways.... Avoid this place like the plague! Ps......the wife told me not to post this until she gets back from the showers......we're not expecting much there either ??

Very Basic
All dirt. Very dusty. Some sites with shade but probably more than half do not. VERY pricey for what you get. Very tight sites. Big trailers and 5 th wheels beware. Especially with dual side slides. Good location. Great staff. Did I mention lots of dirt

Exploring Arches
Close to Arches NP and Canyon Lands. Lot of trees and shade. Spots are close and tight so getting in and around other vehicles may be difficult especially for an inexperienced RVr. Larger rigs will take up the entire spot. 32' makes it difficult to park a vehicle without it sticking out in the street. Over al it was a nice park. I would stay there again, but make sure you ask the people questions like the best direction to pull through and if you tell them 50amp you get a 50amp or you may be stuck with a 30amp.

Lots of trees for shade, which is nice when temps are high, however spaces are tight and sometimes require sharing the space between you and the neighbor. Also, there is construction going on next to the park on the north side, and it is noisy and sometimes with vibration equipment that shakes your RV. Several folks, including us moved to other parks after a couple nights.

Too Close
This could be a nice campground if you weren't so tight! We were given a site with two huge trees on one side and a large Class A on the other with a truck parked crossways in front of it. Went thru the empty spot behind us to get into our site. Once set up it was ok. Pool closed for upgrades but saw no work going on. Spent the next day at the National Parks so didn't use the campground. Our problem was leaving. As we pulled out had to make a sharp turn and go thru the tent site area. Unfortunately we hit a low hanging power line which we were not looking for that tore off our antenna. The office had a thousand excuses why it was not their fault. We will not stay here again. Beware when the remarks say tight they mean tight.

Dumb Design
This the only campground where they put campers face to face where you can’t even open you awning. Very overpriced and will not stay again.....1/4 star

Tight Spaces, Bad Dog Walk
This is not a very good campground. It is expensive which I kind of understand due to it being in Moab. They really pack you in. The sites are so tight we couldn't even put out our awning. There is literally little to no room to put out anything. There is a lot of trees which is nice but then again, we couldn't use our satellite because of that. They say there is a dog walk area but there really isn't. It's a small patch of dirt, no grass, which is the same location as the kid's playground. There were also tent campers in this area. I guess money is more important to these people than camper's comfort. We were also put in a 30 amp site instead of 50. I don't even understand why they would have 30 amp sites in Moab due to the heat. Lastly, we called 3 times prior to our arrival to ask questions. All 3 times we left a message and no one ever called us back. We will not be going back here and we do not recommend this place.

I will echo previous reviews: nice hosts, but very tight spots. Showers were clean. Stayed here because our selected CG was full. “High Season” resulted in “Premium Pricing”, $69/night plus tax! I will plan better next time...

Stayed here a couple days in Oct on our multi-week National Park trip. $60 night, this was the most expensive we paid, other campgrounds were full, bathrooms were very dirty, sites are on top of each other, we would not recommend.

Stayed here because everything else was full. It served the purpose by providing a comfortable place to stay. But that's pretty much it! Spots are extremely tight. Our neighbours slide out actually encroached on our picnic table. Wifi is great! Right off the highway yet relatively quite. It's just so packed in here that we can't go outside our Motorhome. That's why I give it 3 stars. Fine place to stay for one night

A Good Decision For Us
Although the trailers can be rather close together we found it to be amazingly quiet. Good neighbors, friendly staff. Fairly level gravel to set up on. Nice trees! The pool was always busy, so we didn't utilize it. They provided us with a discount for being AAA members, so that was cool. We would stay again.

Heat Of The Summer
We arrived July 6th. It was hot. Thankfully, our 5th wheel fit nicely. We had neighbors on both sides and they were quiet. Price was reasonable. They give AAA discounts. For it being the oldest RV park in Moab, we found it perfect for our needs. The laundry has new washers and driers, it was clean in spite of it being busy. Staff was pleasant. I am disabled so I only hike 3 miles or less. Which made seeing the sites in Arches a breeze. Note the park is doing road work and closes at 7 pm Sunday-Thursday. We also spent 2 days in Canyonlands NP, just 15 miles away. I can't comment on the bathrooms or the pool. If you like the simple quiet kind of RV park this is the place to stay in July. Be warned it is hot this time of year so plan for it.

Live And Learn...
We decided to stay in this campground based on some of the reviews but I must say, where were these people really camping? The sites are stacked one on top of the other which makes it loud in the evening when others are outside in the sites next to you. In addition, we pulled in and paid for two nights and immediately went to Arches only to find out all of the longer hiking trails were closed. We saw the whole park in 5 hours returning to our site at about 4:30. Deciding to leave instead of stay the extra night, we asked for a refund of the second night but were denied the refund. So beware that no refunds are given no matter your reason or even the time between when you paid and when you changed your mind. Then there was the laundry! Disgusting! Broken and filthy. We wouldn't recommend staying there unless you simply want to be close to Arches and you don't care about your surroundings or experience.

Comfortable
Largest and most crowded yet on our odyssey. Plenty of amenities. Mature trees. With military discount it was a fair price.

Nice Place To Stay
Lots of shade and mature trees, and quieter than expected being right off 191! Many of the other parks lacked mature trees so e chose wisely! Nice pool and two hot tubs, small store with some trailer supplies. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable site near town. Friendly staff and guests. Loved having a hot tub at the end of a busy day and the kids loved the pool. Showers were falling apart and small.
