$28
Expensive Big Boy's Playground
There is nothing here other than sand. They call it The Sandpit for a reason. Perfect if all you want to do is drive ATV's or UTV's. If you don't have those you'll be disappointed. You'll want to go to the Westside campground in the park. No hookups, $28 for dry camping is expensive in our opinion. We had full hookups for $30 at the last State Park we came from. Rules are not followed, it was party central until almost midnight even though quiet hours are 10pm. Generators ran all hours, plus ATV's driving around until midnight. If you want to party and play with toys then this is the perfect place. Otherwise go somewhere besides The Sandpit.

Lovely Park! Very Nice Staff.
Very simple park with many outdoor activities. Mostly geared to off road enthusiasts. Very quiet with beautiful night skies.
Nice modern bathrooms and showers. Would visit again. About $25 with water and electric.
