Average Happiness
This is a very nice looking campground on first impressions. The views from the campsites are unbelievable. However, there are a few concerns at this park right now. For one the putt golf course was unusable and looks like it’s been that way for several weeks or couple months at least. There was a very little to no hot water in the bathhouse and from the sign I saw it looks like it has been this way for several weeks also. They claim to have Internet, but it was so weak that it was basically useless. A few other thoughts: the staff was very pleasant, the sites are quite small, the restrooms were very clean, the price was competitive.

Beautiful Views
The views are amazing! You can hear constant road noise at a dull hum. Laudrey situation is awful! Uses WASH system who charges $10 just for the laundry card then you have to load $ onto it. I couldn't get it to work. I was able to use my credit card. No coins could be used. Game room was nice with pool table and ping pong. Putt-putt available but the course needs some attention. Our site was very spacious. Nearby Hurricane and not far from Zion. The views make it worth the stay. So-so wifi.

Won't Be Back, Maybe For A Night
Pros: OK for a night, clean restrooms and showers, cable good but selection short, paved roads in the park. Staff friendly.
Cons: The sites are not level, as in 4-5 leveling blocks out of level even in the new section. Had to precisely position the trailer to miss the power pedestal and keep the tongue clear of the road. Can't make a Verizon call. WiFi is limited, like the handout says, the emphasis is on LIMITED to nonexistant. I-15 road noise is loud 24/7 and enhanced somewhat because of the location in a canyon. A conversation outside at the picnic table is hard because of the road noise. The picnic table is on a level slab, but the sloped site makes sitting in lawn chairs an adventure.
Way over priced for what is provided.

Maybe for one night only. Even though it's right next to the interstate, it's no where close to an exit. Sites very close together, zero Verizon signal, wifi poor at best.

Pathetic! This place is a rip-off. They will put you in a very unsafe spot on a slope making it impossible to level your rig. Then they will steal your money when you ask for a safe spot by telling you that you have forfeited your first spot. Common sense and honesty evades these people. You have been warned. Stay away from this place and don’t be fooled by the pictures. It is nothing but a graded hillside of dirt and rocks.

One Night Stay
The park is well maintained. Just like the other comments no grass, has cable tv (dish network) worked great. They are not interested in renting long term so I was told. $45 a night. We did not like how the park was lit up at night it was like staying next to a neighbor that leaves their lights on all night, we covered the windows to get a good night sleep. The freeway wasn't that noisy.

RV spaces are too close together. No grass, just gravel. I couldn't open the windows because of the freeway noise. Overpriced. Will not stay here again.

Spot 9
This is probably the nicest spot here. Big grass area with a fire ring most of the other spots are gravel. Some highway noise but pretty relaxing. Make sure to go to the red cliffs across the street great picnicking and some nice hiking trails with dinosaur footprints.

It can be a little loud and definitely packs in during the summer but overall convenient location and level sites. A bit tight

Not Nice...
Front lady is not nice. She is not patient with customer service.
The instructor taking you to your site is nice but needs to improve.
The space between each rv are very close together. No grass.
There is a pool the water is good but it’s dirty because there is dirt on one side of the pool and now is very windy so pool gets dirty. The showers are clean and bathroom too.
Im sorry but won’t stay here again.
Great Customer service must’ve this place.

This park is very convenient, is close to Zion and other places. The staff is super nice, they have a nice pool. The only down size about it is having to disconnect your car, and the spaces being very close together. BUT overall this is a nice clean campground .

This is a lovely camp and RV park. There is a small play area for children, a small mini-golf, and pickleball. Friendly staff. Overall great!

Nice place for RVs. Not very much for tent users, rocky tent spots. But nice staff let me relocate into more accommodating spot. Clean, new showers / bathrooms.
