Pleasantly surprised

Just a one night stay on the way to Colorado. Saw almost nothing but good reviews in advance and wasn't disappointed. Easy in and loooooong pull thrus. Awesome dog areas and a fenced in dog yard. Laundry was clean and modern. Very well manicured everywhere.

Two Night Stay

This park has it all. Great dog park. Clean and manicured grounds. Some shade trees. Our slot was 90 feet long and there are many of those. Check in was easy and simple. The only down side was the two bathroom/shower rooms. They both were good with the exception of the floors. There was stuff of all kinds on the floors. Would definitely stay here again.

Good stopover on cross country trip. Nice sites and has a pond as well as path next to the river for walking. Overall pleasant and would stay again.

Great Place

Quick overnight stop. This park is very well maintained. They have great WiFi (which I’m finding tone a rare commodity at most parks). The staff was very friendly and overall we had an overall great experience. Will definitely stay again if in this area.

Traveler

Great quiet place to stay. Came in without reservation and had no problem getting a site. Staff very helpful and polite. Would definitely stay again. We stayed here many years ago and it is just as nice now as it was then.

Hidden gem

My husband and I were passing through on a cross-country trip. I called in the afternoon and informed the office we weren’t sure if we could make it the entire way there, but curious if we could pull in overnight and leave payment, if so. Teresa was very kind and gave easy, specific instructions for checking in after hours. We showed up after dark, and everything was exactly as she mentioned. The entire system was very organized. The RV park is adorable, nostalgic, quiet, and well-kept. If we are ever in the area again, we would surely return.

Overnight Stay

Staff was helpful and friendly. Spots were level. Close to the highway. Bathrooms were clean and adequate. Nice dog park. Wi fi worked great.

Nice Park

Nice park. Great for big rigs towing. Stay overnight and would come again

Great park, great customer service and nice and quiet!

Good park. Very long sites level sites no problems. Close to town. Nice little lake for fishing or just enjoying the swing overlooking the lake watching the geese.

Easy in and out, a bit of a chore to access due to town, but worth the effort. Dinner at the Fox Hill tops off a great stay. All our neighbors were very pleasant. We’ll stop here again. Thanks.

Excellent

This is a great place to stay. All paved. Large level sites. Good utilities and WIFI is great. Everything is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We stay here every time we come through Wichita Falls.

Nice park.

Very nice park, mostly paved roads, fairly level gravel sites, several trees and decent WiFi. We were in site 16 across from the office. Great afternoon shade at the back of the rig. Large concrete patios at each site so not a ton of grass out your door. This used to be a mobile home park. Good size pond to play at fishing/catching. I would agree with one review that the gal behind the desk in the office needs to find a new job. I went in to ask what might be going on for the weekend. She handed me a flyer and then said "good bye". She told us what the code for the Wifi was and I went back to tell her that the Wifi wasnt asking for a code. She said "just use to stronges one - bye". Some people are just having a bad day but this was on separate days. Lovely park and we would stay here again if we ever came thru Wichita Falls. Well maintained and clean park. We dont use public showers so I cannot comment on that. They do not have a small store and "sell nothing - thank goodness".

Ok Stop

Nice pull thru sites & back in as well. Don’t expect a shady spot because trees offer hardly any shade. It’s an ok RV Park. I see they change price from $45 to $50 & they are completely full for HHH at end of August.

Nice place, clean, spaces are well kept. Internet better than most parks. Cable not good, signal levels too low noisy pictures. Pull through nice and long.

The park was clean and ver well maintained, however, I made a rookie mistake and took a Styrofoam cup with a soft drink in the pool area, and the lady came running out of the office yelling at me like a banshee ...there was no need to be that rude...being a little more polite would have been just as effective and alot less offensive.

Great Stay

Stayed here for one night and found it to be a good location, well kept, friendly staff and while near the highway, not noisy. They have a pool but was not open due to time of the year. Shower/bathroom was very clean.
