Fantastic place to stay. Very clean, extremely well kept, workers are polite. We were so impressed with this resort that we came back again in 2023. Love that it's on the beach but far enough away from the hustle and bustle that it's quiet. Another reason we like this resort is that they put money back in to make it a top notch resort.

Great Place To Be

Great weather, fun activities, friendly staff, friendly campers, beach access! You can’t ask for much more! Constant improvement, mowing, & cleaning up. They care about their park and it shows. Great time! Just wish I would’ve booked a longer stay.

This park is a very nice well-kept park it’s a shame how you are treated when you enter the office. they gave us a price when we booked it and when we arrived the price was substantially more, and they were outraged when we questioned it, so we asked for a manager and she was ruder than the first lady this was my fourth stay at this park and as they got ruder and ruder. this will be my last time

Not Good!

Front desk was extremely rude and would not listen to what I was saying. They stopped me from talking and started telling me the way things were. Only after I presented my notes did they agree to a different price (which was actually lower than what I was telling them I had been quoted). The manager got involved and was also rude and talked over me. She said I had been quoted summer rates which was not true. I had been quoted correct rate with a Good Sam discount. But they repeatedly said they did not give discounts. When they gave me final price amazingly my Good Sam “discount” was included. Although I’ve stayed here before - I won’t stay again.

Beach Escape

Stayed hear to enjoy the beach. The good: The staff all deserve 5 stars. Upon check in we had a warm welcome, and they escorted us to our site. The sites are paved and level. Water pressure was good at around 60psi. Lots to do in the park. Everyone we meet was very friendly. The beach is a short walk (1/4 mile) and very nice (don't come during spring break if you dont like crowds). Dog run was on the larger side, but the beach is too close not to use instead. The Bad: The sites are incredibly small. Our neighbors slide barely cleared our table. The park comes with alot of rules. We didn't have a problem following them, but makes you feel like big brother is constantly watching. Also there is alot of extra payment. Golf cart fee, cable fee, car wash fee, ect. For $60 a night I think it is a little over the top. In our case the bad prevailed over the good

Resident

Beautiful rv park near ocean , just a hop skip and a jump. Super dog friendly. Has a hot tub a couple pools, hot showers. They serve food on weekends and have many activities. Everyone is super friendly. It’s been a wonderful place to stay, no complaints!!

In essence throwing a dart at the Google maps " RV Camping " search, we won the lottery with this place. nicely laid out, great location easy run to anywhere you want to go, everyone we interacted with were all so very nice staff and other campers alike. But shhhh.don't let anyone know, as they are the most popular place for all those reasons and from what I hear can fill up fast. So book asap.

Pioneer Park Rv

Love it here so much that I'm spending the whole month of October 2018! Park is pet friendly and staff are very accommodating! Check-in is easy and park has pull thrus and back ins with full hookups. 2 very decent size and clean pools. Even has a hot tub! Park feels very secure and safe at night when you take that last walk for the night with your fur baby!!

Great Place

Had a wonderful time here. The staff are wonderful. Spacious level concrete spaces. A short walk over to the beach. Big dog park. The park is large but renting a golf cart and driving it on the beach is the way to go. Highly reccomend for the family beach get away. A little pricey but well worth it.

Valentine's Weekend

We had an amazing time here this past weekend! Everyone working there and staying there were all so welcoming and friendly! We took two of our dogs and they had the best time playing in the dog park with other RV-ers and of course on the beach! Would definitely recommend this RV park and we will be coming back soon!
