Cons all the amenities other than power is useless. The pool is nasty the laundry mat is broken. Even the bathrooms are unpleasant. Water at the hookups have low pressure. If you need a cheap place to park it for a month and don't really want anything else but a slot. Then this place is decent. If your looking for more highly recommend you keep looking.
