Nice clean park. Didnt get out to do much it rained the week we were there. Didnt use the bath house, used the laundry late friday night. The 3 folks that were using the laundry room just hung out inside for 3-4 hrs. Taking up all but 1 washer. And i would really question if they had rvs in The park. My husband went over to but ours in a dryer. He didnt want me going over by myself. Side note there are notices to not hang out in the laundry.

Sites Were A Mess!

This place is meant for people who live in their rvs. I was assigned to a really bad site at first and then were moved to a mud pit. It rained and the mud was so bad on my site I nearly slipped and fell in the mud. My rig, car and RV were covered in mud by the time we left. And fire ants are everywhere. I was eaten alive and had welts all over my kegs by the time I left! When I complained I was told there was nothing they could do. There is but it will take time to kill them bec they have let them go too long. And, they do not give refunds despite the disappointing experience. So pay as you go! Too bad! I will never stay there again. They just don’t care!

Escapee

Went to join Escapee. They warrant real informative about the benefits of joining. Other than mail service, which she wasn't real clear on either. Not impressed with the park. Lots of long termers. No cable and no antenna reception. Pay for wifi for your electronics at $3 each a day or $15 a week each. Not much to do in the town. Restaurants are Tax Mex. So if you want Chili everything, you'll be okay. Otherwise, cook something. Very large park. Clean. Pretty strict.

Nice set up...Quiet . Older crowd...good conversation...nice facilities....events.....Escapees RV HQ.....membership great deal.

Nice Park

Nice park with inexpensive rates for Escapees members. Mix of pull-thru & backin FHU sites, some in wooded area. Features include dogrun & ice. Club house has movies twice weekly. Activity center with pool. Hot breakfast available at on-site CARE center Fri & Sat.

Great place to stay and club to join!

This is one of our favorite parks. Although it caters more to older people, it is beautiful and the people are friendly. Wonderful shower,bathroom and laundry facilities. Whenever we are in the area this is where we stay.
