Very Nosy

This park is beautiful but the permanent resident in the huge house in the back is very nosy and spies on everyone. I paid for 2 months and when I brought my golf cart in a trailer I parked my trailer beside my rv where there was plenty of room. The nosy man told the manager who made me move my golf cart trailer to the overflow parking and asked me to pay the $31 extra monthly fee. I refused and asked for a refund and moved to another rv resort. A few friends of mine came with their RVs and Mr. Nosy came when they were setting up and asked so many questions like he did to me. If you want privacy, Don’t stay here! Plus the park floods during heavy daily rainfall. We almost could not get to our rv because the water was coming inside our truck.

Happily Retired

Great RV Park. Nice big spaces with concrete slabs. Free basic cable and Internet (Spectrum 100mb). Internet is Not shared, so is very fast. Park is well maintained and managed. Best RV Park in the RGV area. We have stayed for 4 winter seasons and love it.

We have stayed here for 4 years. Great park, friendly people, lots of activities. Staff very helpful. Always improving the park.
