Enjoyed our time here. Level sites. Clean private bathroom/showers. Small private lake you could catch and release at. Would come back again when we come through the area.

Great RV park. Nice level spots. Large sites - length and width between RVs. Will definitely stay again.

Great Place

We came to Tyler for a baseball tournament. Stayed in this lovely secure park. Great people, clean bathhouse, and level pads with plenty of room for our slides. We will stay here again.

5 stars A very neat clean and friendly place! We had a problem with one of our slideouts and they were most accommodating. We spent an extra days as repairs were done. Their friendly attitude was most appreciated. It is very pet friendly also. Rating 5 stars

Love It

Well maintained and extremely clean. Two gripes: 1. Many of the sewer hookups are uphill from the site making draining cumbersome. 2. No concrete pad but have runners so have to walk on their well maintained grass.

Wish There Were More Parks Like This One

One of the nicer RV facilities we have visited. Well engineered with level spots and ample space between units. The grounds are excellently maintained throughout the facility. Entrance into the facility requires an RF ID tag quests receive at arrival. Gated entrance promotes low traffic and a very safe surrounding for kids. The pavilions with BBQ grills are a bonus area along with the fishing pond. We plan to return next year and look forward to visiting the beautiful winery/distillery located less than 5 minutes away.

Clean and nicely landscaped. Very little shade now, but have planted nice trees. No patio. Bathrooms are very nice. Unfortunately we had a bad experience and will probably not return here. Our electricity started going out about 10:30. Finally off for good at 2:30. We had to pack up and move to another site. When we checked out this morning, they acted like oh well. We have reservations for a week in Oct , but will be canceling.

We made a reservation to ensure a quick and easy check in. Very clean park, very well maintained. Level camp sites and I measured line voltage, clean and strong. Store has limited supplies, but a nice wine selection. Nice covered pool area and fishing area. For the price, well worth it and would stay here again.

One Of The Best!

A very well maintained camp with wonderful flat pads, beautiful landscaping, a pond, and dog walking area (including fenced areas). It was conveniently located and very quiet. They were very reasonably priced for this caliber of park.
