Excellent Park

The sites are widely spaced apart with grass between them. We stayed here to visit Shiloh National Battlefield which is 5 miles away as the crow flies but 25 minutes by road. I recommend this park to anyone.

Better Have A Foofoo Dog

Never even got the chance to go there. Called ahead to make a reservation and were told "no aggressive breeds!" What? What the heck is an aggressive "breed"? My dogs are awesome. One is my husband's service dog, one is fourth level obedience master and my rescue baby is handicapped. They all however are probably pit bull mixes. Therefore they are not welcome at this park. Due to insurance reasons I guess. Having traveled all the way from Michigan and having stayed at numerous RV parks, this is the first time we have encountered this type of discrimination. Be aware, before you drive the distance, you may be turned away due to having an aggressive breed! LoL If that were the case, there would be no Chihuahuas either!

We really happy with our stay here. The owners CARE. Their staff is great too. Makes you feel like no other campground. They will point out local places to see and eat. Very accommodating.

If you are at all thinking of camping in this area, stay here. This place has an excellent owner that cares for every square inch. Sites are great, laundry great. Batbrooms great. Pool, excellent. Quiet, great sites in the area.
