Once you pull into the address, Pass the white house & continue straight through the gate. Keep straight until you see the General Store on your left. Check in at the General Store.

Avoid This Place
Check in was at the general store but there were no signs to state that. You'll love this place if you like to crawl on your belly to hook up your sewer line, as this place used to be a mobile home park and sewer is midway under where you park your trailer. The roads have potholes, and you can easily scrape your underside chassis. The lady said she had a nice spot but we would have to jump a curb! Lesson learned...dont always go by the pictures. Avoid this place and the unfriendly staff.

Overnight Stop
This was a great overnight stop. Most campers are long term, but not a problem. Staff was helpful and efficient. If you call, leave a message and they will call you back shortly. Good Sam discount on Saturday night &49.50. I recommend this campground.

Avoid This Place
Stayed here a month, never again. Lots of potholes , electricity outages several times , water was cut off due to water leaks, THERE IS NO WIFI as advertised. BAD NEIGHBORHOOD , everytime i was there i had to drive far to go to any stores because me and my family didn't feel safe shopping in Frayser.

Beautiful Space, Great Energy
Mr. Wes and his crew are the BEST! First, this was a last minute booking during Memorial Day weekend and we were pleasantly surprised with the campground itself and the excellent service given. The campgrounds are well kept and Mr. Wes works tirelessly to ensure you have everything needed. We didn’t tow a vehicle and couldn’t find a rental car anywhere, not with Mr. Wes around he found a car service for us to utilize during our stay. Cook’s Lake RV Resort And Campground is second to none. Will definitely share this experience and recommend highly for others to visit as well. I will say the campground is still growing with other camping activities to be added, for now you can use the lake to fish or paddle boat, you’re centrally located aprox 10-15 minutes from Beale Street!

Love This Place!!!
Wes is a great owner and works hard to maintain upkeep. This is a quite place to stay for a night or extended stay.
