Great Campground
Stayed one night. Called in to reserve and price she charged was exactly what she told me. Office is open until 7:00 and we arrived just before they closed. Was met at our site to make sure everything was good and it was. Sites aren’t overly level but that never surprises us. Staff offered leveling blocks but we had our own. $50 for one night for 2 adults. Happy we found it and would not hesitate to stay again,

Added Fees
I get home check my credit card and they charge fees for a child that they added on after giving me total before I got there and what they charged while I was there. Never been to a campground that adds fees for over just 2 people. You would think they want families to come back.

Good place. Freindly staff. Level rocked sites. Lots of big trees. Very nice washrooms. Good place for kids. Trails. I 75 noise. Price is high. Would stay again unless Old Stone Ft. was open - 1/2 the rent.

Not a good overnight stop. Sites are close and the owners allow the full time residents to park as they wish. Roads and sites are blocked by many parked vehicles making it difficult to navigate. We paid nearly $80/nite. Way overpriced and undervalued. Typical of a lot of KOA's. Might be a good place if you stay a week and bring a car load of kids. Good utilities. Like a lot of campgrounds these days they have a bunch of permanent appearing residents. Some sites are even fenced in.

Grossly Overpriced
Traveling in a Class B. Stayed a couple of months ago, and paid $55.00 per night. Today, I was passing by, and needed to dump, since there were no dump sites in the area. They charged me $22.00 to dump a 10 gallon tank. Next time I come to Manchester, I'll take care of all my business before I arrive. I've been staying at the Wal-Mart across the road.

Great Park.
This is one of the most well maintained parks we have stayed in. A smaller park but accommodates larger rigs. Lots to do for kids. The only down side is its a little close to the highway. So a little bit of noise.
