Stayed in mid April. Arrived after dark without a reservation, managers very nice. Lots of big rigs. Got a spot with little privacy, fine for a night but seemed pricey. Hot showers, clean bathrooms. Tent sites on the water looked beautiful.

Cant Beat This Price
What a beautiful place! I saw several people working hard to keep this place nice. One lady was working at the desk, while another lady was painting a picnic table, and a man was on a riding lawn mower mowing the grass. There is a lake to swim in and a basketball court. Each site is spaced out and has a fire pit, barbecue, and cement picnic table. We had electric and water for $25 a night! There's also a free dump station if you stay the night. Otherwise the dump is $10. It was quiet and peaceful and we had a very pleasant stay!

Unexpected Pleasures
Happened upon this park almost by accident, but very glad we stopped. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Really nice spaces with room to enjoy. Beautiful setting on reservoir of Melton Dam. We used this park just for overnight but plan to come back for an extended stay. Showers are nothing special but work. Great tent camping spots! Highly recommend!

Lovely
We needed a place to camp in our little van, didn't need hookups so they let us buy a tent spot and stay in the parking space. Spot 48 has an amazing view of the lake, and although it's a little walk to the restrooms, it's a calm and secluded spot. The hosts are lovely, and came by to check we were alright, and although technically no alcohol is allowed on these sites, they didn't seem to mind us drinking a bottle of bubbly. Was $16 for the spot.
