Memories
Hiked at Cedar for years. First time camping. Broke in brand new camper. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only reason for a 4 is I remember the huge pool it used to have down a short trail from the campground. It's been filled in. Was one of the best outdoor public pools in Middle Tennessee.

Best State Park
Beautiful park, lush with trees. Three loops to pick from. WiFi is strong and being connected is not an issue. Very reasonable pricing, I screwed up and missed the 25% senior discount

Wonderful park!
Arrived without rsvp. Cost $29 for W & 30a. Beautiful state park. Detoured along hwy 265/70 to spend a night during week. Friendly staff. Really minimal Covid-19 compliant- no social distancing or masks.

Very nice campground, just get the right
We had and lovely spot in area 3. As long as you are in areas 2 or 3, the sites are nice and spread out. Area 1 sites are close together and not nearly as nice. Stayed there while visiting Nashville. Very convenient 40 minute drive into the city.

:)
We travel to a different TN state park campground about every time we head to the state. The Cedars are on the top of our list. Friendly staff very clean park Good hiking and bike riding. Campsites on the hill are a little tight for our 26’ camper so when we everybody left Sunday we moved down to the new section which is SUPER NICE flat and tons of room with new shower house. The area behind the older part behind the check in building is really cramped pull threw sits. They long but you can knock on your neighbors window and ask for a cup sugar.

This Place Was Easy To Find.
Loved this place. People were thoughtful of others and it was peaceful and quiet. We just stayed 1 night. We had electric and water, and then dumped for free on the way out. We got a senior/military discount, which made it cheaper than it already was! Score! Would definitely stay again if near by. The town is close and has a Walmart and plenty of fast food places. We didnt stay at the KOA by the freeway, but we filled up our propane there. Only place that was open on a Sunday.

Beautiful!!!
Beautiful views and just enough trees in-between sites. Lots to do and see! I'd love to give it 5 stars but, there was no hot water. 4th visit there and while we really like it I'm getting tired of no hot water in their showers.

Nicely Updated Park
The bathrooms are all fairly new, nice spacious campsites in loops 2 & 3 with lots lots of brush in between. WiFi, very quiet and so much to do. This is the only Tennessee state campground without a lake but they do have large swimming pool! Will stay here again!

The Best
I may be new in this RV thing, less than a year, but this is the best RV Park ever. The sites were huge. As I walked around I didn’t see a bad spot. Most were well shaded. There is a local company, RiverRats, arrange a lazy river ride in your inner tube. The place was clean and this place feels like you are off the grid as compared to some if those wall to wall places. The walking trails are great for everyone at any level. I am going be back.

Wow!
The campsites are huge! The staff is very friendly and the pro shop requires cash only. The restrooms and showers are nice. There are many activities for kids and the park’s pool is awesome! You do have privacy at any location. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Campground
One of the cleanest state park grounds I have ever been to. Showers and bathrooms are large and imaculent clean. All white as though freshly painted and air condition in oth bathrooms and showers. The lots are great and clean as well. Love the concrete bench tops. They have many activities going on throughout each day for you to join.

Quiet !
I stayed one night in this state park campground , check in was easy , price was average at about 28$ to park my camper van . They put me in the very front spot near the office cause I am a woman traveling alone , which I think is a really wonderful thing to do ! I slept like a rock even though my pull through spot was not really level and I was pitching forward a bit. I noticed the big rv's around me had to do some leveling . I didn't use the amenities but they are on city water .

Great Campground
One of our favorite State Parks in TN. The campground #1 is all pull-thru sites. The sites are close together except for those on the outer edges. They are currently renovating campgrounds #2 and #3. There will be a few sites with sewer. Great location near Nashville so cell coverage and antenna TV were great.

Family Camping
We stayed two nights. Beautiful campground. The campsites are very close together but a new section is opening in May of 2018 that is going to be 3 times the size of campsites. Highly recommend, very friendly people and enjoyable family time.

RV Part Timer
Don't recommend. No sewer, sites are not level. Not just a little, wheels off ground. Bathrooms are falling apart. Really bad. Sites are really small. No privacy, none. So sad that this is a State Park, needs a lot of help. Packed like sardines. Live in TN. This is sad.

Excellent Campground
Spending 3 weeks here and it is perfect. Quiet most of the week (gets busier on weekends), kept clean and a good price. Would definately stay here again.

Great value for the money. Quiet, well maintained. Saw deer on several occasions. Highly recommend 'Hidden Loop Hiking Trail'.
