This was a chance encounter for us looking for somewhere to stay after a long drive. Pretty campground with lots of sites. Some 50 amp and a lot of them on the water. However, the first spot we picked the 50 amp didn’t work right and then the next the ranger moved us to a site with a bunch a trees and after getting leveled realized one of the slides wouldn’t come out all the way. Then the water wouldn’t hook up so we had to use the pump all nite. The guy said. Well at least you’re close to the bathroom. Haha. The Park has some sort of deal with a farm or port or something coz in the night an 18-Wheeler came through it followed by a grain buggy. It looks like it is well used and has some long time stay parking but they are took care of mostly. The couple running it are very nice. It has beautiful views and great fishing water. I bet kayaking would be great too. Overall a 3-4 if we hadn’t had so much trouble with our spots.
