Safe and Clean
This campground is certainly right on the freeway, but if you can handle that, this is a good place to stop for the night. The back-in sites are flat and tidy. The bathrooms, while nothing fancy, are very clean, as is the laundry room. And the owner called us "sugar." ๐Ÿ˜„

Stayed two nights and was very pleased to stay there. Easy access off I-90 and close to rapid city. Very helpful

Safe And Sound
Tucked out of the way from town which is nice. Easy on off freeway, last bit road gravel but easy. Plenty of spots but against freeway so lots of truck noise. Bring ear plugs. Staff very friendly. Rally time so more money then itโ€™s worth but not sure what regular prices are.

We were here for one night. Yes the highway is loud. Clean and neat sight no trees. No frills . Good for passing through the area. Clean bathrooms.

Choose Wisely
Paid up front for a few nights based on review sites offered by their website but, I think those reviews may be from family and friends. First, the interstate is loud. Sitting outside and you quickly learn that the interstate is loud. Did I mention the interstate is loud? Second, all the guests seemed to be quiet except the owners family. They could be heard over the interstate. Did I mention the interstate is loud? Their kids also used our site as their playground and their dogs wandered off leash but, I guess when you're family who's going to complain? Also, if you have a discount they will want cash, not sure why. And the owner is grumpy, not sure why but, that was enough to keep us from returning in itself.

Noisy And Short Tempered
Pros: Clean restrooms and showers They will accept packages for no fee Lots of pull thru sites Good Verizon signal Low price Cons: We had no water in the morning two days in a row. (Well pump problems) When I asked about a rate adjustment the response was short tempered and and harsh. When I asked about leaving early I was told that I would only get 50% refund and only for the day's one or more in the future. See picture 300feet from interstate 100 feet from train tracks. The train was not bad but the interstate was awful. Hot, windy, no shade. Charged extra for kids but has absolutely nothing for kids... I think they want to discourage families so this may be in the pro category depending on who is reading this. Overall I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

No Frills But Nice
Pull thru feature is nice. No shade but all we did was park while we were out on our motorcycle so it didn't matter. If you're looking for a quiet place this is NOT the park for you as it backs right up to I90 traffic noise was non-stop. Train tracks between you and the freeway but it only goes by once a day so the "helicopter landing in your campsite" noise won't wake you. Would stay again.

Simple no frills just a nice place to get a nights rest. Great price with passport America card. They also take other cards like good sam etc for 10% off. No trees to get in the way of satellite. I would stay again
