I try today to check in without having a reservation. I showed up at the office, and a very sour lady told me that I have to make a reservation online, and only for 2 nights at the time. I can see many spots available. All parks on Wednesday have spots available. She did not even try to accommodate me, or if she could not, to recommend me their Neber Rv park at Hilton Marina. Very unprofessional, bad customer service. I will never return to this park.

Beautiful Place
Stayed for 9 wonderful days overlooking the lake. This place is very beautiful and well manicured. The sites are individually owned so each is set up to the desires and likes of its owner. It’s gated and has a great pool and hot tube that are open till 10 pm. Everyone we saw was very very helpful and friendly, this should be on your bucket list!

Well Worth the Price
What a wonderful birthday week here at Motorcoach Resort. We were on site #288 beautiful, so beautiful I didn’t even want to leave. Great staff, amenities and restaurants close by were fantastic! Was nice that you could just ride your bike nice trails. They are out there cleaning the playground too which was comforting to see. We stayed here in a 30ft Class A with a tow. Definitely worth it.

Avoid If You're Under 60
What a complete JOKE this place is! Spoke to staff online before checking in, was told to pick out our site online & stop by the front desk. As soon as we pulled in, some dude in a cowboy hat walks over with a scowl on his face and looks our beautifully remodeled & completely rebuilt vintage motorhome up and down as if we were criminals, and then tells is they don't accept "our kind" in this park. 😂 apparently their "rigs over 10 years old" policy only extends to people in their 30s, as we saw an older couple pull up next to us in a rig that was definitely more than 10 years old. Staff was unhelpful in suggesting an alternative and had us escorted off the premises when we tried to get on google to see what our options were....on a Saturday... Last minute. 🙄 for $110/night, id expect a little more hospitality. Give someone else your money. F this place!

Fantastic Resort
Just spent 8 nights here & loved it. One of the best resorts we have been to on our three month trip. Park is clean & very well maintained. It is pricey but worth it. Very relaxing.

Love It Here
Not sure where the bad reviews come from but we experienced friendly staff from the check in people, to the guys helping you park. Nice tranquil lot yet everything you could want right outside the resort. They keep it very well maintained and personally I'll take hearing a leaf blower running for a bit for the immaculate grounds.

NOISY, RUDE
NO PEACE AND QUIET HERE Day 1 there was all day tree trimming and grinding. Called the office asked if this noise would continue. Condescending office staff refused to answer and gave me a hard time. Refused any kind of refund.... Day 2 more tree trimming and grinding, blowing, beeping trucks and heavy equipment traffic on grounds. No peace.... Day 3....9:00am...2 gas powered leaf blowers and a golf cart leaf grinder spent 2.5 hours in front of and on our lot. Refund or not....we are out of here. This is the most miserable place we’ve ever stayed. No Covid adherence, signs are in place but no-maskers everywhere. We will NEVER go back and would not advise others to go either, unless, like the aging community there, you have hearing aids you can turn down.

Scary, weird, and unpleasant
After early check in, I stopped to lock my bicycle. I inadvertently parked in the wrong space (it was not clear where to park to unload). The front office staff lectured me about signing an agreement not to park in any other spaces, and asked me to leave. (I had just arrived!) There was no manager on site for clarification. There are so many other nices places to stay nearby, so I was relieved to depart!

Office staff is rude. Owners are not friendly. Nice for a few days but ready to move on to other luxury resorts with nice people!

We were here for 2wks in May 2018. Great site selection, helpful staff, nice location on water and outside the busy part of HH. Enjoyed so much returning same time in 2019.

Time To Go Somewhere Else
We enjoyed for many years. Now, they are struggling for revenues, increased rates to ridiculously high levels, and do not provide expected services. Bad WiFi, 2 showers ...!!!?, 2 of 6 tennis courts in bad bad shape, and mostly a generally negative attitude towards visitors. New administration wants the revenues in order to invest, owners don’t want to spend money and prefer no visitors. It’s been going downhill for a few years now, less and less visitors who just prefer to drive south a few more hours. Spring 2018 was especially cold there, one more reason to bypass and drive south.

Money Hungry
Have stayed here for 6 years, and it is a beautiful resort. However, it is under New Management and they have raised daily rates and eliminated the weekly and monthly discounts. It cost us over $2300 to stay for a month! We stayed at an equivalent resort in NC the month before for $700. We will not be back!

Resort style getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to HH Motor Coach Resort. The individually owned sites are fabulous! Exactly what the doctor ordered for my wife. We did not have a vehicle in tow as the location of the resort is so convenient to local eateries and a grocery store. Looking forward to spending more time there in the near future.

Absolutely Gorgeous Place!
Best place ever. The minute we arrived we thought we were in paradise. Palm trees, immaculate grounds and extremely friendly people. We didn't want to leave. We stayed in site 384 with even pavers, palm trees and it was very private. We can't wait to go back.

New Years 2017
We spent a couple of days here to wrap up our two week tour of the southeastern coast. This was the nicest campground of our trip with very nice touches. Staff was exceptionally helpful and people here are friendly but respect other's privacy. We plan to return for a longer stay.

Top Drawer
Truly an upscale gated resort with beautiful, lush landscaping and gorgeous sites, most with furniture and plenty of space. If you're really picky about your site (as we are) take a look at the sites for sale on their website because you can see photos and even a site plan with the actual dimensions. There is a small but adequate dog park with plenty of room for our 4 dogs, two of which are big dogs. Staff is friendly and very helpful with any requests. Nice pool and hot tub, tennis courts, plus an exercise facility, laundry, and bathhouse, none of which we used. We had very friendly full time neighbors. Most clientele were seniors, quite a few dogs, we didn't see any children but were here after Labor Day. Our site, #209, had two sets of tables and chairs plus a swing. Easy in and out, impeccably maintained, and right in the heart of all the favorite attractions. Loved every minute of our stay and definitely will be back.

Nice area, very relaxing. Most of the people there were friendly. Staff was helpful. The only thing I Would say on the not so positive side is in my opinion more showers need to be available. I guess because the park only accommodates Class A and C people use their rv as main bathing area but then there are people like me who enjoying going to clean bath houses instead of my motor home.

Beautiful resort for class a motorcoach es. Sites are beautifully maintained. Office staff friendly and helpful. Our site was on a small lake with plenty of flat space and patio furniture. Location is on biking trail close to the beach. We stayed here in a Class A motorcoach. Definitely will return.
