Not What It Used To Be
The place was bought by a larger company over a year ago. In that time, the roads have fallen apart, the sites are more mud than gravel ( yes we’ve had rain but come on) to the point we had to buy a large tarp and put it down so we could even sit outside, and the seasonal people there are now saying they won’t allow them to stay month to month….you either stay all year, or not at all. Its just lost the welcome feel it used to have.

Dangerous Breeds
All dogs or no dogs I was unable to stay here because we have a Rottweiler as part of the family. We fortunately was able to find somewhere else to accommodate us at mountain pines campground.

My Rig Was Too Big
Nice for fifth wheels, nice area BUT....NOT FOR BIG RIG COACHES. Small roads, tight turns. Scraped bottom of coach high cenering on their exit road onto Trent Rd....45' coach + toad.

Nice little relaxing campground. Wasn’t very busy when I was there. Clean bathrooms. No gulf cart rental. My Pull through site needed a few blocks to make the camper level.
