Next To Cooks Forest
Down the street from cooks forest this little park is tucked into valley and very quiet with a beautiful river and nice trails. I camped in a non electric site next to the river in a teardrop camper. The facilities are solid. Cabins are available. Close to 0 road noise. My cell phone did not work 😊. The only disappointment was I could not see the Milky Way. Host were great.

Family Guy
I have stay in the rustic cabins 6 times in the past 15 years. They are always a nice place and as comfortable as you make it. The shower house is always clean. The park is family friendly. The trails are awesome. I am planning my next visit albeit in an RV this time.

Beautiful Park
Beautiful park. Nice level site along the Clarion River. Got to see a bald eagle sitting in a tree by the river. Host and Hostess were the best we ever had at a PA DCNR campground. A+

Pleasant Stay
We stayed in 2 of the cabins with friends along Clear Creek. They are hardly luxury cottages, rather primitive, but I am not complaining. Just letting people know what to expect. No indoor plumbing, but our cabins were across from the rest room/shower houses. Inside were 2 sets of bunk beds, electric stove, apt-size fridge, & a gas heater. We stayed the last weekend in April; the weather turned very cold and rainy, even snowing a little. Yet, we were warm & dry inside. The cottage & bathrooms were clean. Both my husband and I have arthritis in our spines and found the mattresses uncomfortable, but we had anticipated that and brought along air mattresses that we used instead. Most people would be fine with the provided mattresses. Usually we camp in our van, so the cabins seemed roomy, a nice alternative to tent or van camping. We’d definitely go back. If you want to get away from cell phones & internet, this is a good place to do it. Cell service available down the road a bit.
