Nice Family Campground

We were just looking for a place for the night and found Dogwood Acres. Nice grounds, professional and nice staff. RV resort feel for an affordable price. Very much geared to families and family activities, not what we as old people care about, but I would recommend Dogwood Acres for people with families or those who want to socialize. Also good for a one night stop. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic Family Owned & Run Campground

We stayed Memorial Day weekend 2019 (Thursday thru Sunday.) This place is AMAZING! We have a 15, 9, & 5 year old. Plenty of events and things to keep them and us as parents busy the whole weekend long. The owners are VERY pleasant folks. The seasonal camper's treated us like one of them! If there where a 6th star, I would give it to them. We already lined up our next year's memorial day weekend with them and we will be visiting throughout the season. Thanks for a fantastic weekend!

This campground is great. Quiet with spacious level sites and gravel surface. Be sure to call in reservations as they aren’t always on top of the internet reservations.

Clean BathHouse, Hot Water, Toilet and lighting all worked properly. Nice amenities include Pond, basketball court, Playground, fire pit, picnic tablelots of birds. Owners very helpful locating spot, directions back to Rte 81, 8 miles from campground.
