Good Stay

Good location for day trips. We stayed in the F area nice size sites & level. Also, enjoyed the hiking path around the campgrounds. Each weekend there are different camp activities which are always fun. Water is ok for washing but may not want to drink due to being brown sometimes.

It All Depends

Nice wooded campground, with plenty of shade. The place is on a hillside so some sites can be a challenge. The staff was nice and other campers were too. If you have a big rig or prefer a big flat open field, this might not be the place for you. Our 20" trailer had no problem, and we like the shade. There is a nearby shooting range so the constant sound of gunfire is there. Stops around sundown. We liked it here, others may not

Rusty Water Unlevel Sites

The campground is located on a hill. May of the sites are not level the front of our trailer was 4 foot off ground making our first step into camper 18 inches. Sites were very small almost not enough room for awning and slides to be out together. The fire rings in sites are very close to camper making for uneasy feeling. The water in our row was rusty came out brown at first then changed to tan. This is after running through our filter was like this duration of stay 3 nights . I check the sides on either side of us and same thing rusty. May full time sites with residents that have property lines and not to friendly. Hills made walk to pool not enjoyable. Campsite lacking amenities.

Horrible Staff

The place is nice,the security are rude and was asking for id for some people and for everyone in the vehicle that was checked in ready,i had to go talk to the manager Lis about someone that was on my list when i made the reservation and the person end up paying a site to get in,lis was very rude like everyone else that works there,and she was asking about my mask because of covid 19 and none of the employees was wearing a mask included her,i l'll never go back to this place,while i was wating at the front gate so my friend can finish his reservation to get in i asked the security why he only ask some people for id ,he said he is working there for 19 years and he said he can make he's own rules

Seasonal And long term

There are some really nice sites here but most are occupied by seasonal and long term residents.
