In The Woods
A great campground in the woods which makes it very country like. We visited in October during the week, hardly anyone there and it being the end of season made it very peaceful and colorful from the foliage. I hear it's very fun during the season, with activities and a great looking pool area. Our only suggestion is that it's not very class A, big rig, accommodating. Our spot was great, but the roads around the park are rough. If it was during the season, we could of had difficulty getting in and out of the park.

Good place to park a camper for the summer. Lots of kids and activities they will enjoy. As with all campgrounds very nice people as neighbors. It would be very difficult in any rig over 37’ and roads to get there are treacherous. Good water, nice pool, no WIFI at sites.

Bad
Not big friendly & mostly seasonal campers here. Tried this spot on our way hone from Florida, very small road, through a tunnel, clearance ok but could easily get into an accident because of visibility. For cable you get this box that you have to install, didn’t work for us because the equipment is antiquated and our new rig isn’t. So, we decided to use our own internet hotspot (the campgrounds doesn’t reach far enough) to stream live tv, that didn’t work, reception was next to nil, as is the antenna reception. This is our 5th year going south for the winter & there are no rv resorts north of West Virginia, only seasonal campgrounds. Would not stay here again although not the campground’s fault. Just looking for an rv park that doesn’t exist. Paid for 2 nights, left after 1. Not sure if we’ll get a credit. Must learn to pay as you go. Beautiful in the woods campground, just not for us as we are towing a 45’ fifth wheel.

Decent!
Tough to get to especially from the north...the roads are way too rough! Distance from interstates far. Once you do arrive the property is peacefull and sites are spacious. Good pool. Clean washrooms & showers. Forget about using the lake, it's overgrown.

Back To Basics
Nice place for summer camping. Cable TV is available for extra money. Internet access at the front office through a hotspot.
