10 Year Rule Warning

Called them Aug 8 2021. After asking about rate and availably she asked if our rig was older than ten years. I said yes. So it became a mute point to go further with the conversation though I did ask why. She said it was safety. I can understand this because I have seen some rigs that look like they could possibly cause a fire but there are vintage rigs that are in excellent condition.

Perfect Overnight Stop

This is a fairly new park, it looks like they are adding on some more spaces, the location right off the freeway is super convenient! It is clean, well-maintained, the staff is friendly… The WiFi is terrific! We stayed overnight, never unhooking from our 34 foot fifth wheel. The sites are spacious and level and very well set up. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean

Stayed one night in our 36ft class a. Level gravel pull through with picnic bench. Some highway noise but not too bad. Large and very clean restrooms and shower. Nice and efficient staff.

Emerald Valley Review 2018

Family of 6 plus dog, 24' 30 amp wilderness lite. Very accommodating, clean, safe and friendly. Everybody kept to themselves and management was great. Slight noise off the highway but not a deal breaker at all. Bathroom facilities are very clean and well maintained. Laundry facilities are great and clean as well. Large grassy area for pets and benches in every spot. 30 and 50 amp w/s/g/wifi/cable. Beautiful area too. In between Albany and Salem, perfect, Costco, safeway, dutchbro all with in close distance(7 -10 min). Will definately stay again!

Getting There

If you want bells and whistles move on... Clean,safe, views, friendly, then stop here. This looks to be a new park and they are doing a great job growing this small park. Road noise here but for a road break worth it. Wineries, enchanted park as well as accessible to salem shops.
