Poor at best… great if you want to be crammed together, website is very deceiving as this place is catered to long term residents👎

It's Okay
Only stayed overnight, might be great for someone that stays longer for fishing. The lake is near and you can see it from a small number of sites. Value for cost is low, pull through sites and very close together. It is quite and served my need for the night but that's it.

Nice View, Poor Camping
Host put us in the middle of 3 RV’ers with many kids and loud music until after 11:00 pm, kids and adults going back and forth between RV’s. So much for quiet time of 10:00 pm. Kids running under our 5th wheel tongue and hiding under our truck while parents watched. Office said they would take care of it but didn’t. Many full time residents that watch your every move. Not friendly at all. Tv is antenna only with poor reception, nothing about WiFi during check in, water pressure variable and not good most of the time. Spaces are very close, about 1 foot between our slide out and picnic table and 2 feet on the other side of the picnic table to the next RV. Will not be back and don’t suggest coming here.

Park Is Clean
This park is primarily for residents, not campers. The picture on there website showing a couple of RVs is deceiving, those RV sites are primarily residents & shows their mail boxes. The sites that appear to be for campers are #37-48. The park is clean and for most of the time quite. The prices are very good. The staff is excellent. The most negative part of park is the car noise that starts at 4:15 and last for a couple of hours-residents. If you go here, try to stay in parking spots closest to #48. Site 37 was not comfortable, the green was really slopped. WiFi is weak. This is a nice place to stay & feels safe when you leave to adventure for the day. When we visit the area, we would stay again as there is very little RV parks for this area.

Great Spot Out Of The Way
This is a nice little spot that is open year round. There appears to be a lot of full time residents here but they are clean spots. They don't look permanent if you know what I mean. There is cheap laundry onsite as well.

5 Nights
Great view. Quiet except for a train once in a while. Felt like we were constantly watched. My dog barked at the owner when she walked up behind us and she stated she could make us leave if she wanted. Felt like we were in a hostile environment.

What a find! Great location a few miles off i5. Easy parking, full hook up, but WiFi was out during a change in provider (no big deal). Super BBQ with full Bar and great prices right next door. Overlooks the Lake without highway noise. Has a few long term residents from the working class folk, so they like it quiet and respectful. This a Clean and well kept park and staff are very accommodating.
