We stayed over the July 4th weekend and in October for their Halloween weekend. While it's not the most updated of parks, both stays were loaded with family and kid activities. They put on a 1-hour fireworks display, hosted dances, held a costume party, and other activities.
There are only two drawbacks that can be noted: the dump station and the speedway. The dump station is not easily exited. There is a drag speedway in the neighboring town that races into the wee hours of the morning.
Overall, this is a family friendly campground where the staff is helpful and the seasonal campers were all neighborly.
