As you drive into the parking lot of the Visitor Center go hard left, or north of the visitor building. The road splits between a paved on the right and gravel. Take the paved road and follow it around the visitor center to the east. It drops down to a bench with the camps on the left. There are several with power and beyond are the non electrical sites. Covered picnic tables. No water I could find and one porta-potty. $15 for power sites. I loved the site.
