Working Florence

My husband and I are insurance adjusters and we travel ALOT! We came here right after the hurricane and the had lots of space and were extremely nice. The phones were down but we communicated via Facebook! The staff has been super helpful and nice! The park itself even after a hurricane is clean and very well maintained! This is our favorite campsite by far! They have a fishing pier that is lit up and beautiful!! ALL the facilities are very nice! The only negative was the laundry room was not very clean however it is just after a hurricane!!! I highly recommend staying here! This is our second week and we are loving it!!! The pool has a huge slide and they have 2 dog parks for all the dog lovers!!! WONDERFUL PLACE

Very nice campground. Lots of permanent lots here. Pool is nice. Bring you golf cart. They do offer golf cart rentals. Best if you reserve your golf cart when you reserve your site. Bath house was very nice and clean. This campground is very well maintained. The only complaint I have is the staff. Not all but most were lacking "southern hospitality". Oh and if you reserve a site without sewer, they do not not have a dump site. They told us to find a full hookup site that was empty and dump on our way out. Thats all good but we were on an electric and water only site because all full hookup sites were reserved. Over all this is one of the nicest campgrounds I have been too. I would have given it 5 stars but no dump site and rude staff at check in. It gets a 4 star.

Very nice campground. Roomy site on waterfront. Amenities were nice. Need a golf cart though!
