Not Tom Johnson It’s Camping World

Made reservations here and told them I was arriving after there 5 o’clock closing time. The reservations receipt was not where they said it would be and the gates were locked. I gave it two stars because a person said a site next to him was open because another person wasn’t arriving until the next day and I had a receipt for a spot. Lot of stress. I ask for a number to call if there was a problem and tried it but just went to a answering machine which no one ever called back.

Great Place!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Tom Johnson. The sites are clean and well spaced The overall site is very clean with freshly mowed grass. The bathrooms were very clean. The pads were concrete poured and it took minimal effort to setup and level. We will be back!

We had a nice site along the river. Very quite,grass had been cut and area was clean. Had a few problems with our coach and staff was willing to help us. Staff was very helpful. Looking forward to our return to pick our coach up

This Used to be A Nice Campground

This is one of the worst campgrounds in NC. Try Buck Creek or Mt. Stream. This is a Camping World run fiasco.

Rally

Great spot,rally parking, nice walk along the river very quiet in a lot of things to do.
