Nice View Tight Site
Campground is extremely small with sites so close awnings almost touch camper in front of you. This would be about my only complaint. Sites are full hookup, shower house is nicest I've ever seen and the view is awesome. The Smokey Mountain Train comes right behind campground so we were able to see the polar express before taking a ride ourselves. Short ride and hike to waterfalls and Bryson City is a quaint little town with many options for a meal. Over I would stay again park was not full of full timers as some of the other parks are in the area

Hidden gem
This place is everything a campsite should be and more! The bath house was the nicest I’ve seen out of all the sites we’ve been to!! It’s close to the water, so you can fish, tube, or the kids can just play in the water. They have Teepees that people can rent which are amazing! The weekend we were here they had local native Americans come and do traditional Indian dancing which was incredible to watch! This is most definitely one of our new favorite spots and we are planning more stays here!

He ain’t Grumpy
This is a quiet, clean & well maintained RV park. The owner, Jerry, is most hospitable and accommodating. We did not pull a car & he graciously offered a ride into town, then told us to call & he’d come pick us up. Easy access for RV’s and has beautiful sites on the river, views of the mountains.
We were here four nights & loved it! Highly recommended !

Fantastic Location, Must Stay!!
This is a new campground so all facilities are clean and nice. This includes bathhouse and laundry services. The location is perfect if you're looking for a quiet getaway for a few days. Its a nice river spot, so peaceful hearing the water running from the river. At the time of our visit, its getting cold so wasn't busy at all. We came in after dark and the owner came out to help us back into the spot. He also stayed out and held a light while we setup everything. The location is the perfect spot for fishing or kayaking. Easy spot to launch kayaks from. Price is 45 a night which includes electric (120 outlet, 30A, and 50A), sewer, water, laundry facility ($2 washer and $2 dryer), and a clean bathhouse. Well worth every dollar spent here. Cell service with ATT is strong LTE service. Probably the same with Verizon.
