We were in site 9. Very sunny pull through, first/first. We use solar to keep our batteries charged, so we like lots of sun. Flush toilets and sinks with electrical outlets in 2 bathrooms. Near some good hikes. Really nice tent sites. Only a handful of big rig sites. Water spigots around to fill water bottles. It is potable, but is yellowish so a little unappetizing. We used it for coffee so we didn't have to see the color 😏. Camp host, Vickie, was the best. No cell service. If you have Starlink site 9 also has a good view of the north sky. A few others do, too, but most don't have a northern view.
Quiet campground. Clean sites. Super clean bathhouse. Easy check in. They have firewood available but no ice. Cell reception is spotty. I’m a Verizon subscriber and got 1 bar occasionally in loop B. No showers. Other than that it was great. Nice river access and great landscaping around the campsites. Azaleas and rhododendrons. Only $20 a site.
