Beautiful
Way off the beaten path. A lot of windy and up/ down dirt roads to get there from the south. The north is the same, but paved. Very muddy. It was very beautiful. Full of a lot of permanent trailers.

Relaxing Location
Second time here. Just finished a return trip during Labor Day weekend of 2022. Happy to say that though much hasn’t changed from our original trip back in 2018 it was exactly what we were looking for. Its a great place to spend a long relaxing weekend by a beautiful serene lake. Fishing is nice here, with lots of watercraft available.
Lots of seasonal campers but never felt abandoned and neglected. Good place that we will come again on a third visit in the near future.

Nice place. I agree with prior reviews. I would only add that the approach from Google maps is a little off. Call ahead and get approach vectors. Be aware of low hanging limbs on the way in. Hopefully the county will correct soon.

Very nice facility overall. Beautiful Lake, good fishing, family friendly. However, like previous reviewer I noticed quite a few run down seasonal sites. I get that people are paying to be there, but it's not there personal junkyard! Clean em up or kick em out.

Quaint And Quiet
Nice little lake, lots of great fishing, very clean restrooms but showers are pay, and very quiet. Full hookups for 30 and 50 amp, water, sewer, and cable. Sites 50, 52, and, 54 are easy in and out and are right next to an open field and pavilion. The sun rises and sets behind you so shade is ample under your awning. Owners are nice and friendly and helpful. Only complaint is some seasonal RVs are run down and need to be removed or repaired due to their mold and disarray on the exterior. I will stay there again.
