Could Be 5 Stars

Nice campground with many amenities - very large campground BUT…WiFi does not work. I tried three different devices. I even asked multiple girls in the office to help. I took all my devices to them. They tried, failed, and say “this is how it *should* work”. I asked if there is someone more well versed with the technology that I could speak with. They claim “no…it is all spectrum”. I asked if there is something they could restart/reset. They state, “not that I’m authorized to do”. Just excuses upon excuses. When the employees can’t get it to work, isn’t that a signal that it is broken and perhaps escalate the complaint to management? My daughter needed the WiFi for an online meeting. No cell phone available. Aren’t the high rates of KOA because of all of the amenities? If so, and some amenities are non-functional, my rate should be reduced. So many people probably just use their cellular data that nobody even knows when the WiFi is down. Stop advertising free WiFi.

Owner is argumentative, rude, and does not take responsibility for his actions. Was persistent about moving my trailer at check-in and was advised that my wife had no towing experience. He parked her on a bush that caused damage(20 ft scratch) to my brand new trailer. When confronted he became hostile and said we couldn't stay there. We had a weekend with 5 sites booked. STAY AWAY!

Great Times

First time here, our family of four had a blast. Pics need to be updated on this app. The pools are different and there is no mini golf. Lots of other fun things to do though!!!

Great Camping

They do a great job at keeping this place nice and clean. Camp sites are easy to get into Big beautiful pond great playground equipment Golf carts for rent A little pricey but well worth it. We will be back!

Medina Koa

Very nice and quiet campground. Only down side is the golf carts. Every where we looked golf carts were around. The campground is very level and not that big. I don't think golf carts are necessary unless you are disabled. Sites are very spacious and campground is very clean. The lake is beautiful and we will be going back in the near future.
