I tried to call and get a spot for the night but got no answer. Maybe they are no in businesses. I have it one star only because it requires something. I really can review something that isn’t there.

Quaint & Friendly & Spacious
We stopped for one night, but plan to stop here again for a longer period. Plenty of room to spread out in a very peaceful setting. Owner was very friendly and a provided a wealth of info on the area— from fishing spots to restaurant hours. Not many stores nearby, but we do most of our own meals, so this was a perfect haven from the crowded RV parks we usually find near the interstate. A real hidden gem. Highly recommend!

Good Pit Stop
32' rig. Pull thru site. Made a good place to stop. Clean bathroom. $18 and put money in slot so they got $20. Was worth it. 3 deer chilling 20' away.

Between Denver And El Paso
It's a good place to stop between Fort Collins CO and El Paso if you need it. Another reviewer mentions that it's tight. Yes, if you want to pull through from backside. Otherwise just back in! No problem for most folks that way. Navigation to location is wrong. It's on 468 just off of Railroad Ave. Turn near gas stations at NW end of town. Nice lady running the show. No water at individual sites in winter now (Jan 3 2016) but available. $18 for electric.
