Surf And Stream Luxury RV Park

What a joke. There is no luxury here. When you pull up, there is no where to park at check in. They double booked our spot. When we finally were given another spot, it was next to a fulltime resident who has no pride in their home. Garbage everywhere. Old, broken down cars all over the place. Stray and owned cats running all over and the smell of urine coming from trailers. This is not a luxury RV park, it's a mobile home park with a few spaces that they rent out. Everything was unkept. Spaces were small and very close together. Even though they had a quiet time listed, it was not enforced. Cars constantly driving through at all rates of speed. Music being played loudly. Garbage left everywhere. If you want a relaxing weekend, DO NOT GO TO SURF AND STREAM. I have never been afraid in a park, but I was here.

This is the worst campground I have ever stayed in. 90 full time live-ins. In trailers that are falling apart. People parking their cars wherever they choose, most of the time in the road. The roads are potholed all over. People walking around throwing their beer bottles anywhere they choose to. The campground has no control of the riff raft that live here. STAY AWAY!!!

No stars should be highlighted. I hate to be the one to say something bad but if you read anything positive about this location it is clearly not even remotely true. This is THE most disgusting place I've ever been to. I've attached photos. It's far from luxury as they titled it. It's an extremely old rundown year round mobile park. They don't enforce any policies/rules reg.maint. ie:amount of cars one can park on site incl the cars that have no tires and flat tires. Heavy amounts of mold & mildew on mobile units & on the overflowing amounts of dilapidated awnings. Gravel/dirt roads are ALL rutted out w/ pot holes, your RV can fit in. Garbage everywhere, trash every direction you turn people walking & throwing beer bottles & cans wherever they would like & no sound ordinance. Do yourselves a favor & dont stress about convenience find a Walmart, rest stop, the projects (lol) or a park further away any other place would be a very smart decision. Lastly stock up on bug spray(sand fleas).

It’s extremely loud, music plays all night so loud the bass vibrate my TT until 2am sometimes 4 am, And back on first thing in the morning, staff tried to keep it down without success, I stayed here for 3 months I was working in the area I was horrible because of noise. The staff is wonderful but they can’t control the people that stay here...I don’t know why
