Absolutely the worst place I ever stayed. 95% of the campground is seasonal with park model homes a campers set-up permanently . The campsites are at the back of the campground near the swamp. Site D10 where I was at was surrounded with 1960 vintage campers on blocks, paint peeling, and green mold. There was a rat the size of a small cat under the camper next to me.
This is the first campground I ever stayed at without anti-siphon safety valves on the water.
Then I get home to find I was charged a HIDDEN "Resort Fee" of $4/day but they had no "resort" amenities.
It appears that the owners have absolutely no concerns about the quality of the campground in the back sections - the front where the permanent homes are had very nice upkeep.
Sewer connection was "questionable" - appeared that septic tank was directly under the site as there were concrete covers visible.
