This campground was a pleasant surprise as we booked here after every other place that had Columbus Day activities was booked. check in was very easy, very friendly family that runs this campground. Site we picked was a little smaller than expected, disappointed by the river. River sits down a very steep bank and it you didn't look out you would not even know it was there. Don't see where one would be able to swim or fish in this river, yes it's there but not a reason to stay here. Hookups were good, power/water are on back post, sewer about 8 feet in front and another 4-5 feet is cable, wish cable was closer so bring a long cable. I will say for being in the mountains the cable selection is great. No cell service, wifi never worked very well so be prepared to be disconn from the world. Campers were very friendly, quiet at night, very small but was really better than expected. I would recommend staying at pull in sites or on road side as those sites were bigger, enjoyed!
