Our first camping trip with our new camper last year (Aug2019). It was a very pleasant experience. Nice campground. Near center of Meredith. We are hoping to make it back again this year. Tried to go back this year(2021). Had family issues, I had to call and reschedule 2 time because of the death in the family. They refused to let me reschedule a 3 time. I didn’t tell them why, but I was upset and will never go back

A Bit Underwhelmed

We spent 5 nights at Harbor Hill and had we a better site I would have given it a five. First the positives. The sites are all large with plenty of shade, the camp store is well stocked with camping basics, the bathrooms are very clean along with nice laundry facilities. It is perfectly located close to activities and restaurants. The negative is that there are a lot of seasonal campers and we happened to get a spot next to a rather unkempt seasonal rental. The backdrop for our fire pit was a lot of old bricks, pallets and discarded furniture and hoses. See pic above. I am sure we could have asked to be moved and they would have accommodated us, but we all know what a hassle that would be. If your looking for convenience this is a great place, but if your looking for NH ambiance just don’t get stuck at site # 19.
