Cheap, clean, well maintained, level, can't beat it!

Overnighter

We stop here overnight, nice campground gravel lot that is level, lots of grass but not a lot of shade. Bathrooms are in the park across the street no problem and a good price $20 a night but at times you can smell a feedlot and that's not good. Would stay again but will keep the windows closed next time.

Don't Bother Staying Here

This place is just plain bad! First is the stench from I don't know where. It smells strongly of stale urine. Try enjoying your dinner with that. The bathroom and showers are part of the day park and the urinals had been plugged up with paper towels and made to overflow. Plus the facility was filthy. The trains are constant and run all night right next to the park. It's loud! And, minor, but noticeable, no picnic table at the sites. Just don't bother with this place. Oh, and don't try to stay at the Nebraska State Recreational Areas either. They require a "Vehicle entry permit" that isn't available on site and must be purchased in advance. Not very convenient for visitors passing through.
