The three miles entering the park is terrible. Washboard all the way. Will shake your rv to pieces. Didn't have full hookup so when we were going to leave the park to empty our tanks the dump station was padlocked shut. Costs $10 to dump the tank even though we had paid for three nights camping. No one available to pay and unlock the dump station. No forewarning of this was posted anywhere. On a positive note the boat slips are nice and available to rent. Lots of mosquitoes however.

Nice Clean Campground
Stayed 4 days on a shared site with my parents on the neighbor site. Power worked. Had dump facilities cost $10. Nice dock and good boat ramp. Cleanest campground toilets I have ever smelt! Small store with basic supplies including worms and leeches. Weather was poor and not a lot of break from the wind. Trees need a few more years to help with that.

Great Except Washboard Entryway Road
This is a clean energetic spacious campground in the beautiful Rocky Mountains on the incredible Canyon Ferry Lake. We stayed in a full hook up area and kept our pontoon in one of the boat slips. We loved it. Check out is at 2PM. Folks respect the 10PM quiet time. Fun group activities like a pig picking tonight w/ corn hole tourney. Rentals like kayaks, paddle boards & games. The store has everything you’d need & ice cream! The staff are super friendly/helpful. Shower houses & bathrooms remarkably clean and there are so many!! You won’t really need to use RV bathroom much. We are considering renting a spot for the whole season next year it’s so good. BUT...and this is major, the entryway road from the main road is a few miles long and severe washboard almost all the way. We tried to go slow, fast- it didn’t matter. The shake was the worst we’ve ever experienced. When we finally arrived, our RV fireplace shield broken, cabinet shelves broken, whole camper looked turned upside down.

Nice park. Full hookups with 50 amp. Plenty of parking.
