Nice campground with it's own radio broadcast by Michelle and M. Nice farmer's market, museum, and Quilt Store in Three Forks. the mosquitos were a bit oppressive...it was a "slap-fest"

Mosquito Nets Or Repellent
This is a small 17 site campground, somehow situated on a wetland. If you go during a wet season you will be in for some fighting mosquitoes all night long.
The best sites away from campground noise and have good shade are site 4, 14, 16, 17. The others have zero shade and are in the midst of others rattling your camper or tent at 0500 with generators.
The camp host is extremely friendly. Firewood costs 5$ for a small bundle of dry wood. The trails around the park are good and offer a nice MTN bike ride in the evening or early morning.
We probably won't be staying here again. Too loud, too many mosquitoes, and no privacy. Otherwise it's a great campground for fishing and bird watching.

Camp hosts great, $28 a night, got to see wild moose, fairly beautiful, but chainsaw blaring before 9 AM!!! Probably doesn’t happen all the time. I Now see that it is a weed eater, but 50 yards from my campsite. Bald eagles overhead. The sweet sweet camp hosts gave me the two dollars in change that I paid the night before because I didn’t have small bills, just before I left!!!!!
