Definitely needs some TLC, a good start would be mowing. Stayed one night, had problems with the electricity (30amp) and it was only of mild concern to owner/manager.3 calls to get it fixed. No water at our site. Marginal at best.

Stayed one nite very limited water & electical sites. Park not maintained at all. Would not recommend staying in this park.
