Loved Our Weekend Getaway

A great spot in the middle of nowhere. Spent the weekend around the campfire, fishing and biking. Pit toilets are clean. Spots are relatively level. Plenty of room between campsites. Will definitely be back.

Stopped there overnight during the week in mid June while traveling through. We were the only ones camping which made it very peaceful. The campground had pit toilets and I don't recall seeing potable water, but didn't look for any sense we had plenty. Mosquitos were bad when the wind was calm. Overall we enjoyed the night and would stop again.

or so my wife says. She couldn't believe the route we took. " There's nothing here for miles". Then Dead man's. That changed her tune. We loved this little spot right on the water. Only ones here in mid May.
