Quiet And Large Sites

We were lucky. Pulled in on a Wednesday at noon and scored a beautiful, roomy campsite. All sites ( a total of 7) are elevated above the river. I found two paths to the river. Community water pump shutdown due to Covid. Great place for social distancing as sites are spread several yards apart from each other. Bring your own firewood or axe.

Thibodeau Campground

Massively huge campsites with plenty of room between you and your neighbors. Road in is really bumpy and lots of dust, heavy traffic from all the floaters. Only reason that I deducted a star is because there are only really about a dozen campsites and people tend to stay for multiple nights so it can be like hitting the lotto especially on the weekends.
