It is a very nice place to stay. Spots are very level concrete. Pam and the owners were very nice when we checked in and helped us with our spot. We were here for my wife's Dr appointment and they were very good to work with us on changing dates to accommodate her appointments.

Underwater

I went to check out this park on 6/1/19 and it was under water from river flooding. I hope they can survive and comeback.

Nice Place But...

People are really nice and in general the place is nice but the roads are terrible... Our site #24 had the water spigot below ground with a bucket around it... Should have a stand pipe attached... It was full of water, there was water from hill running through right at our door so I was constantly cleaning the steps and entry. If they made some repairs to the site pads and roads it would really be nice.

Very nice park. Road was fine, electric, water and sewer were at each site so no need for a dump site to stop at. Manager-Kelly was excellent. We left another subpar campground and she waited for us to make sure we were at the correct site. Very kind and helpful. Definitely will stay again when passing through.

Regarding the park itself, it was adequate. The roadways within the park are cement and in need of repair (possibly because of all the recent rain that part of MO had). There was a sign on the door to the office that said the manager was in the park, when we arrived, but she was not on premises at all. Unfortunately she only takes cash payment. It would be helpful to take a deposit via credit card or check when making reservations so that a confirmation with site number could be emailed. Thankfully, we stumbled across a full time resident who called her and obtained out space number, so we could hook up. We were only in the camper to sleep as we were out visiting family. Laundry room is clean and has AC. Good location, close to downtown and freeways. I would have given more stars if customer service was better (manager was friendly enough).
