Dust Bowl
Booked this place a while back, knowing the 4th would be busy. The site we have is a dust bowl. If it wasn’t for the concrete we would have packed up and left. There’s plenty of shade, they could be throwing down some grass. We are in site 103, close enough to the building for a hose to reach. The site was a pain in the butt to back into. On the bright side there’s a pond nearby and an entry gate that closes after 10. It’s a $10 deposit to get a key for it. The place has potential but landscaping needs improvement and they needs some standards for the full timers here.

Sites are tight and confusing. Lots of seasonal campers there. Bathrooms could use some love. Plenty of things for kids to do. But very loud at night with the music passed 11pm.

Rude People
The staff are very rude when speaking to you. I was there visiting a friend and one of the staffers said rudely that I could park there as that's what the sign says.

Pros.
Good full service tent and rv camping.
Fun water sports. Decent toilets shower laundry. Everyone says hi. We like that. Tons of fun on a Saturday nite. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice pool. Awesome if you have kids
Cons.
Lots are tight. Lends to little privacy Lots of " permanent residence ".click feel.Don't plan on getting a river site. Very noisy during the weekend because tons of fun things going on.
Overall a good and fun place if you have kids. Everyone is easy to talk to. Full service. Think twice on the weekends if you're looking for real R&R or quiet with some level of privacy. That's during the week.
