A Paper On Your Step...
This KOA isn't fancy. The store has the basics. The bathrooms have hot water and are clean. The grounds are well maintained. Where this place shines is the things that you don't see. The wifi is superb. The cable is great. The staff is outstanding! The sites themselves are a decent size and the pull through sites can be a wee bit tricky if you are in the 40' range and the sites next to you are occupied. The grounds are well maintained but the roads inside the campground can kick up a lot of dust when golf carts and trucks drive by. The staff is great. They will help you out however they can. One night we just made it to the store at closing time and they didn't mind staying open for us 15 minutes or so past closing so we could get a few things we needed. Waking up to find a newspaper on your camper step was a real nice touch!!

Quiet, Best WiFi EVER & Awesome Owner!
We stayed here for a week while my husband attended a work-related training conference in West Springfield. We arrived much later than check-in, but the owner was more than accommodating, leaving an envelope at the office. As for the campground itself, 1st the pros: It's VERY quite. The wifi SLAYS! We became so frustrated w/the quality of wifi at prior places, we purchased the RedPort Halo Marine WiFi Extender before this trip, but the signal was consistently strong (4 bars!) the entire stay, we didn't even have to use our Extender. (The cable rocks too!) Showers are clean (per my husband), as was the part of the campground where we stayed. CONS: The size of the sites are just adequate - typical of KOA's. We haul a 42 ft. 5th wheel w/6 slides. Had a similar unit been next to us, we both would've been a bit cramped. Also, as w/many other KOA's, the main "roads" are unpaved/dirt, which makes for poor quality & dirt/dust kicking-up EVERYWHERE each time a vehicle/golf cart rides by.

Quiet Except For Motorized Carts
The entrance is riddled with potholes. This is a quiet place for the most part. Noises coming from gas golf carts driving around constantly. Lots of permanent campers with decks and screened in porches. Most people kept their sites really nice. KOA camp help were wonderful and accommodating. Laundry and bathrooms were clean but outdated-old. Large stone pads but a little in level. The hookups were new and easy to attain. Great water pressure. Trash cans throughout park for disposals. They do not spray this park with herbicides and pesticides (thank goodness!!) Close to Northampton.
